## Send the deal

About two minutes. We reply by email or phone. The form is on this page at https://www.illinoislender.com/send-a-deal/ (and also on the homepage at https://www.illinoislender.com/#deal). All fields are required unless marked Optional.

**The deal**

- What's the loan for? Choose one: Fix and flip (purchase + rehab); Bridge purchase (buying, little or no rehab); Bridge refinance (replace existing debt); Cash-out (on a property you own); Not sure yet.
- Property address: street, city, state. Outside Illinois is fine.
- Purchase price or current value: the contract price if you're buying; your best estimate if you own it.

**The plan**

- Rehab budget: enter 0 if there's no work.
- After-repair value (ARV), optional: your estimate is fine.
- Your exit, which is how the loan gets paid off. Choose one: Sell; Refinance into a rental loan; Refinance, other; Other (tell us in the notes).
- Target closing date, optional: a date, or "per contract."

**Where we send the answer**

- Investment deals you've closed (flips, rentals, or other investment deals; "None yet" is a fine answer). Choose one: None yet; 1 to 3; 4 to 10; 10 or more.
- Name.
- Email. Replies come from applications@shprivatelenders.com.
- Phone, in case a question is easier to answer by phone.
- Anything else, optional: scope of work, what's owed if you're refinancing, anything unusual about the property.

The sender confirms with a checkbox that the loan is for business purposes on investment property, not a home they will live in.

The form doesn't ask for your Social Security number or any documents. Sending it isn't a loan application or a commitment to lend. We use what you send only to review the deal and reply. Privacy policy: https://www.illinoislender.com/privacy/
