Illinois Lender makes business-purpose loans secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. We do not make consumer loans or loans on a primary residence. Submitting a deal is not a loan application or a commitment to lend. All loans are subject to underwriting, property review, and approval. Terms, rates, and fees vary by deal and are provided in writing before closing.

Nothing on this site is a rate quote, a pre-approval, or an offer to lend a particular amount. We do not publish a rate because pricing depends on the property, the leverage, and your experience.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send. Do not send a deal for a home you will live in.
